Students will need $$$ for the following: 

*High School & Middle School need $ for Sweet Frogs Frozen Yogert

**High School and middle school will need $ for Chick-fil-a

Cabin Information:

Bedding provided but students may want to bring their personal pillow.

Clothes needed for 4-5 cabin days.

Light Jacket or sweatshirt.

Bathroom toiletries needed.

Pool towels,  bath towels,  wash clothes provided.

Services will be in the outside large pavilion area or possibly inside the large living room area of the cabin.

Students need to bring a hard copy of the Bible. Technology will not be allowed for the Bible.

Adult chaperones will take care of the rooming list. The boys will be on one floor, girls will be on 

the other floor.

Boys will not be permitted on the girls floor, except for during cabin fun games, group devotional and service times.

Students are able to bring snacks and drinks, however, they will be provided for cabin time.

Card games and board games will be provided, but students may bring their own. Beech Park is not liable for damaged or lost items for the games.

Students may bring game consoles and controllers, iPads, laptop, but Beech Park is not liable for any damages to those devices.

Adult chaperones have the final say on content that can be played on the game consoles, iPads, and laptops.

No weapons or fireworks permitted.

Swim time and hot tub time will be split between boys and girls. 

Adults will be present at all swim and hot tub times.

Girls will need to wear T-shirts and shorts to and from the pool area and hot tub.

Boys will need to wear a T-shirt to and from the pool area and hot tub.
